Return and Exchange Policy

At our company, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for orders. However, we take great care in our quality control processes to ensure that products arrive safely to you. You may return or exchange a product under the following circumstances:

- If the product is defective
- If you received an incorrect order

Please remember that items can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original packaging, including boxes. It’s important to notify us of any issues within 2 days of receiving your product. Upon receiving your return request, our team will inspect the product to determine eligibility for an exchange based on our policies.

Please ensure that the product has not been broken, altered, mishandled, heated, chemically treated, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale. This includes checking for wear and tear or any damages. Returned items should reach us within 14 days after delivery.

Terms for Return & Exchange:

To initiate a return, please follow these straightforward steps:

1. On your invoice, circle the item(s) you wish to return and note the quantity and reasons for returning them.
2. Await a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
3. Securely pack the return in its original packaging, including your completed invoice.
4. Courier the parcel back to us at Suhana Art and Jewels , 114 GF , Shahpurjat , New Delhi 110049.

Please note that merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Additionally, we do not accept returns on discounted products.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. However, you may exchange a product in case of a defect. If the product is unavailable for an exchange, we can offer store credits equivalent to the purchase amount.
